2. What You’re Booking

You are booking a one-off session, the details of which (e.g. topic, length, delivery method) are set out on our website at the time of purchase.

3. Payment & Confirmation

Payment is taken securely in full via Stripe when you book. Your session is confirmed once payment is received and you get an email from us.

4. Rescheduling & Refunds

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance using the reschedule link or by contacting us. We do not offer refunds if you cancel or fail to attend. If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but time lost may not be made up.

5. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Law Notice)

If you book a session that takes place within 14 days of purchase and you’re acting as a consumer under UK law: You agree the session will go ahead during that time You understand you’ll no longer have the right to cancel once the session has been delivered If your session is booked more than 14 days in advance, your cooling-off period will expire before the session takes place.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, ideas, or outputs from the session remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may use them for your own business purposes but not share or resell them.
