Websites for Legal

Are you working in legal and planning a new website? It's your lucky day.

Your website is your digital house. The foundations of your digital marketing.

And unlike your social media, it’s a house you can own, and not just rent, with the fear in the background of your landlord selling the whole thing to the Elon Musk realtor equivalent.

And that’s why building it in the right way, with stable foundations, is so important.

But – here’s the tea.

Website projects are complex...

There’s keyword and competitor research, the user journey and experience, then blending copywriting with both SEO and brand in mind. Not to mention brand and design - it’s a lot of moving parts. And ensuring those are aligned and in sync can be a major challenge.

Never fear though, you've just found the experts when it comes to websites for legal businesses or law firms...

Who are we?

We’re experienced legal marketers. Under the Saltmarsh Marketing brand, we’re fully equipped to deliver you a fully aligned website experience, from development to brand and design to SEO and copywriting. Our mission is to ensure small law firms and legal businesses get the website they all deserve, with a user-friendly experience.

Helen brings over twenty years’ experience of working in the legal industry and tearing her hair out over website projects with digital agencies. Having never been able to find an agency who is able to cover everything and who understand how to position legal businesses, she found Yvette and a few choice friends to create a dream team.

How on earth does all of this come together so perfectly?

Here's a little more background:

We work on WordPress as a CMS, which futureproofs your website for any changes or additions you may want in the years ahead as your business grows. We use the powerful Astra Pro theme as a basis for your site with the ubiquitous Beaver Builder page builder for quick and easy change control. Our clients usually have a first version of a website for us to improve upon, which is already built on WordPress. If you are moving over from a different CMS or looking to get off the blocks, we can still work with you, but pricing may change.

We ask for full brand guidelines in terms of logo, colour palette and fonts. Should you need help developing your visual identity, we can take care of this for an extra cost.

Need help with your launch?

A new website should not be launched without a fanfare!

We can help develop a website launch campaign which shines a light on your new site, with punchy messages and social graphics which play out on your key social media channels. But most importantly, to make sure you get lots of traffic to your brand new digital house.

And then what?

So your website is live.

Newsflash. You have only just begun.

Time to think ongoing content, from blogs to eBooks, whitepapers, reports, case studies, and testimonials, ensuring your new site is fed with high quality, optimised content is the next step.

And guess what?

We help with that too.

Don’t say we never give you anything.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you and working with you to create a digital house to be proud of.

A note on website hosting (yep, dead exciting, we know, contain yourself!)

Business Card

BUT - it is important. Where your site 'lives' (don't get fancy ideas here, we are still talking about a shiny, blinking black box in a huge data centre and no, stop glancing up at clouds, it doesn't live up there, you knew that, right?) makes a huge difference.

We are talking speed and security. And a London data centre is going to be better than one in California (though admittedly that does sound cooler).

So yes, we encourage you to take advantage of our superfast and secure hosting and site maintenance to free you up from all such cares, but you can of course also stay with your existing hosting supplier if you prefer.

A surcharge is likely to apply for migration of the site that we’ve built depending on the requirements of your own hosting company and any email reconfiguration that is necessary.
